Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or courier issues. Typically, your order should arrive to you within 2 or 4 business days from the moment of its confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to USA mainland and do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Method

Damage or Missing Items

We take extra care in packaging your purchase to avoid damage during shipping. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist with the claims process, see below.
