I normally don’t write reviews but wanted to help the next person, After one long day, it’s finally installed. Seems to be working fine. Amazingly quiet!!!! I ordered a 9000 BTU 240v the box was received with a little bit of damage, but everything was packaged real nice inside and everything was good, ordered a wall mount hanger and the line set cover separately, installed went pretty easy and straight forward but I am a electrician with a background in HVAC though, pulled the vacuum for an hour and checked everything for leaks turn the valves on from the unit and checked again and everything was good no leaks! Heats and cools great and the app/wifi seems to me working good also, Hoping for many years with it will update in a couple of months if I remember

just for the ease of installation, they get five stars. The remote control is weird, but it works. Two days in we will check back in a month.

Works amazingly...just bought another minisplit to install. Set it, and forget it.

This has made such a great improvement in our home! Our master bedroom was always WAY hotter than the rest of our house, and in order to keep it comfortable the rest of the house was too cold. Even when the rest of our house was cold our bedroom was too hot to sleep. This unit has totally fixed that problem, now we can save money on our power bill and get a good night's rest. It's much quieter than our central air, and I love that you can turn the display lights off to keep the room dark. Shipping was much faster than expected, and I like that you can schedule the temperature control to maximize savings when you're not home, while still enjoying the ideal temperature.

The unit works great! For installation you need to be an advanced DIY to install the unit or you will have to seek help from a professional.

I’ve been using the 20seer in my studio for a few months and it’s been really good. The app is easy to use and the mini split isn’t too noisy.

So far…so good! Company was wonderful to work with. We did some ourselves but the electrical and vacuuming we left to a professional hvac guy and electrician. HVAC guy cleaned up lines and pulled vacuum. He charged $500 (gave extra for his excellent work) for the two which was worth it. My nephew is a union electrician and we paid him to run electric. We have used a couple times because they were just installed and they are in our pickleball barn. Not sure about heating yet but ac works great. Installer said mice likes the units so we’re going to buy mesh sleeves and steel wool to protect them.

I had a fantastic interaction with this company! The mini split got here way faster than I expected and was well packaged. I had several questions regarding installation and unit sizes. They replied almost instantly and I am very pleased with the unit I have. Once it was installedmy whole life got better! I have slept better than I have in years. The app control through my wifi is perfect and makes setting the all yhe functions of the unit exactly how I like extremely easy. I has a ton of cooling capabily packed into a super small size. Very satisfied!!!
