Needed a hand with the hard stuff.

I got most of it set up myself, but I brought in a pro for the electrical and refrigerant part. Cost me a bit, but still way cheaper than paying for full installation. Everything’s running smooth now, no issues.

This unit does a great job cooling the upstairs. It doesn’t do much noises and seems to use less power than our old system. The app isn’t great though but other than that, it’s on point.

I installed the 12,000 BTU unit in my bedroom. Works great, and I’m impressed by how little noise it makes. Lost a star: shipping left the two boxes at the bottom of my stair entrance — not ideal. But the unit itself is solid and efficient.
