Delivery policy

Thank you for shopping with Comfort Temps. We strive to provide you with the best service and want to ensure that your purchase of mini split systems or HVAC products reaches you safely and promptly. Please read our delivery policy below for more information on our procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping for all orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or courier issues. Typically, your order should arrive to you within 5 or 6 business days from the moment of its confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to USA mainland and do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Method

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives securely. The specific carrier and shipping method used will depend on your location and the selected shipping option.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Damage or Missing Items

We take extra care in packaging your purchase to avoid damage during shipping. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist with the claims process, see below.

  • A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number
  • A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
  • Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
