Return and refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, it is possible to return your product under certain conditions.

After you place an order and receive a confirmation, please keep in mind that any cancellations are subject to a minimum 15% fee for handling, processing and restocking (on unopened items). This fee will be processed using the same payment method as your original order.

A few important things to note: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and all items will be carefully inspected when they arrive. To qualify for a refund, the products must be in their original packaging and should not have been used, modified, or installed.

If you cancel your order after the product has already left our warehouse, you will be responsible for shipping charges both to and from our shipping facility, in addition to the restocking fee mentioned above.

If you are returning a product after receiving it, please note that any signs of wear, such as opened boxes, scratches, marks, or damage (including to screws, wires, etc.), may affect the refund amount. In these cases, Comfort Temps will determine the refund based on the condition of the product. If the refund is not acceptable to you, you can choose to pay for the return shipping and have the item sent back to you.

We generally do not recommend sending back used or damaged items, as refunds are typically not granted in those cases. Comfort Temps also reserves the right to refuse returns in certain situations.

Please note that returns need to be authorized beforehand by Comfort Temps, please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
